AI Content Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to all content generated or assisted by the Maxfound AI platform, including but not limited to: AEO rewrites, content packages (video scripts, long-form articles, social posts), brand wikis, support-assistant replies, and knowledge-base summaries — any text, image, or multimedia asset produced with the involvement of a large language model (LLM).

Under applicable AI-content disclosure rules, when you publicly publish content generated through this platform you must:

• Clearly label it (in the opening or closing paragraph) as "AI-assisted" or "This content was generated by AI".
• For video/audio, keep a visible label on screen or in captions for at least 3 seconds.
• Not modify, hide, or remove any content-labelling metadata attached to the platform's output.

Risk note: courts have found unlabelled, fabricated AI-written promotional content to be infringing. Publish responsibly and label clearly.

You understand and agree that LLM output may contain factual errors, outdated information, or fabricated citations(so-called "hallucinations"). Before publishing publicly, you must:

• Manually verify any passage involving data, names of people or organizations, prices, or medical/legal advice.
• Confirm that any cited source actually exists.
• Obtain authorization from the relevant party for content that references a specific merchant or brand.

You must not use this platform to generate:

• Fake promotional posts, fabricated reviews, or forged user testimonials.
• Content that impersonates another person or brand without authorization.
• Professional content requiring a license — medical diagnoses, legal opinions, investment advice — unless you are qualified.
• False advertising that violates applicable advertising or unfair-competition law.
• Content that infringes others' copyright, likeness, or privacy rights.
• Obscene, violent, terroristic, or otherwise prohibited content.

As the publisher, you bear final legal responsibility for all content you publish. Maxfound AI, as the provider of the technical tool:

• Makes no express or implied warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or legality of generated content.
• Accepts no joint liability for any dispute, administrative penalty, or civil damages arising from your publication of generated content.
• Responds to compliance complaints within 48 hours and cooperates in handling them.

If anyone finds that content generated through this platform and published publicly is false, infringing, or unlawful, they can report it through either channel below. We commit to a 48-hour response:

We may revise this disclaimer from time to time in response to legal or business changes. Material changes are announced via in-app notices or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the latest version. Current version: v1.0 (2026-05-15).
