1. Service scope
We provide brand visibility monitoring, AI citation analysis, agent orchestration, and related value-add services; the exact feature set follows the current product version.
2. Account & registration
You must provide accurate, complete registration info and keep your credentials safe. Losses from credential leaks are your responsibility.
3. Fees
Fees are per your order or contract. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are non-refundable once paid.
4. Acceptable use
Using our service for illegal activity, infringing third-party rights, or harming network security is prohibited. We may immediately terminate service upon discovery.
5. Intellectual property
Maxfound AI owns all IP in the platform code, algorithms, trademarks, copy, and UI. No reproduction, modification, or commercial use without written authorization.
6. Availability
We commit to SLA-level availability, but are not liable for outages due to force majeure or third-party failures.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or goodwill. Aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes to terms
We may update terms periodically; we will notify you 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the governing law specified for your contracting entity. Disputes are subject to the agreed court or arbitral venue.
